Robert W. Hepler − Vice President - Aerial West Region

Rob Hepler joined United Rentals in 2005 as a district manager before being named vice president - aerial west region in 2006. He has more than 25 years of experience in the equipment rental industry, including seven years with his own aerial equipment company. Mr. Hepler founded his business in 1982, sold it in 1989, and continued in the industry as president of BPS Equipment Rental & Sales and, subsequently, president of H&E Hi-Lift, a division of H&E Equipment Services.
