One plus team equals better team
It's Brittany Schwerin's first day on the job as the branch administrator, which means a lot of training, introductions, and, of course, paperwork to fill out. But what she really notices is the excitement and welcome of her new co-workers. Her team isn't shy about new faces, so she's already met everyone from the branch's front end and the shop out back. "Everyone is so welcoming. I couldn't believe how quickly everybody made me feel part of the team."
She'll be overseeing the administration of a big active branch, as well as two other smaller local branches, handling payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. With a background in banking and payroll, she's now the linchpin support of more than twenty-five other team members. "Hey, the challenge is what it's all about, isn't it," she says as she greets a new teammate.
